I have been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years. It started with an apprenticeship to become a real estate agent. My next developed was in the field of law where I completed a university degree as a business lawyer. 

Due to my enthusiasm for both commercial leasing and active negotiations, I decided to work as a broker and became part of a large German brokerage. This company specializes in prime locations in Germany. My responsibilities included searching for ideal locations and negotiating rental contracts for well-known retailers such as H&M, Zara, Douglas and many others. This was the foundation for my future professional orientation and real passion – the expansion!

Since then I have gained in-depth professional experience in all areas of expansion, including many years as an expansion manager and authorized signatory for a large German, internationally oriented retail company. In addition to Germany, my work extended to numerous neighboring European countries and the USA. This allowed me to build up an extensive national and international network of contacts, in-depth knowledge of countries and markets, as well as business expertise. In addition, I have steadily deepened and specialized my legal know-how in commercial tenancy law, working closely with lawyers in numerous countries.
